Zerca is designed for meeting new people in public places. Following these guidelines will help ensure a safe experience.
- Always meet in well-lit, public locations
- Tell a friend or family member where you're going
- Trust your instincts — if something feels off, leave
- Keep your first meetings in public spaces
Your Responsibility
Zerca facilitates connections but cannot guarantee the behavior of any user. You are responsible for your own safety when attending plans.
- We recommend verifying user profiles before joining private or small group activities
- Never share personal financial information with other users

- Use the in-app report feature to flag concerning behavior

Trust & Verification
Our trust level system helps you make informed decisions about who you meet.
- Our trust level system helps identify verified users
- Users with higher trust levels have completed additional verification
- Check a user's reliability badge before joining their plans
- Hosts can set minimum trust levels for their plans
Alcohol & Substances
Many plans involve social settings where alcohol may be present. Please be mindful of your consumption and surroundings.
- Please drink responsibly
- Never leave your drink unattended
- Zerca does not condone illegal substance use
